“We received our rug and are yet to open it. But with regards to customer service. It was fantastic I inquired as to how long it would take for our rug to arrive, given most deliveries are delayed due to COVID. Always received a quick response and status from Alex. Rug arrived within timeframe detailed. Thank you.”

“Rug is nice and price range is good as well.However would recommend updating delivery policies or timeline affected due to Covid. Would recommend email communication around delivery to customers as per changing govt covid advises. Thanks, C”

“Fast delivery, but delivery person called my partner when he was at the door, didn’t called in advanced to arrange time, we were bit worried because that day was raining very heavily but he put it somewhere safe and under the roof so our rug didn’t get wet. That makes my partner happy at least delivery person won’t just dumped it in front of the door.”

“The delivery time was great and rug is as advertised. I'm just having problems straightening out the buckled areas of rug due to the very tight way it's rolled up. A bit of a headache actually”

“Postage was Delayed by 4-5 days but received an email with apologies and notification on when it would be shipped, Thankyou! Was posted the next week after purchase. Rug was wrapped really well and was quickly delivered after dispatch :) would recommend purchasing from and will in future!”
