“Very unhappy as I have not received my rug it’s been 16 days still nothing”

“I purchased a rug for my hallway however before purchasing I enquired about the return policy in case the rug did not suit my house. I was told by Alex that there was a courier fee of $17 to return the rug which I agreed to. However once I returned it, I was charged $50! Alex neglected to tell me they charge 15% of the purchase price in addition to courier fee. I've never come across a modern day e-commerce business that charged a % of the item to return it, not to mention lying to the customer when they ask. I'll be leaving a google review as well so no one else gets robbed the way I did.”

“Really want to support an Aussie company. But have had a lot of issues with my Cheap rugs order. Ordered 3 runner rugs from Cheap rugs on 7th August from Sydney, not sent out till 23rd of August from Sydney. Have had two of my three runner rugs finally delivered on the 3rd September here in Canungra, 20 mins from Gold Coast. Third still missing, it will be a month tomorrow for an order from Sydney. I had three rugs from U.S.A delivered in a quarter of that time. Same “covid” situation for both. I’ve also spent many days back and forth with correspondence, trying to locate my order. Not an enjoyable experience at all. Who knows when 3rd will arrive?”
