“Prices too high (much more competitive elsewhere) and a returns policy that is vague and doesn't state that returns are at customer expense. Delivery time is too long (10 days) and trying to organise a return took ages. The only shining light is that Alex from Customer Service was very helpful.”

“The floor rug is fine but I'm not happy with the delivery. My rug was left at the gate of my retirement village of approx 350 villas/apartments. Thank goodness a friend found it and brought it to my apartment. Any passing person or resident of the village could have taken it.”

“I can't rate my rug properly because it has not arrived. This is because eventhough cheap rugs said free shipping in Australia, I got a call from you telling me you cannot deliver to my home. Strictly speaking you promised free delivery to my home so you need to deliver but I couldn't be bothered having an argument with you that day so now you are not delivering to me. At considerable inconvenience and expense I am having to get the rug home myself. I really hope its a good rug.”

“Perhaps because of covid lockdowns it actually took about a month for my order to be delivered. I ordered on 5 July but it was not dispatched until 19 July. It was received 27 July.”
