I can't rate my rug properly because it has not arrived. This is because eventhough cheap rugs said free shipping in Australia, I got a call from you telling me you cannot deliver to my home. Strictly speaking you promised free delivery to my home so you need to deliver but I couldn't be bothered having an argument with you that day so now you are not delivering to me. At considerable inconvenience and expense I am having to get the rug home myself. I really hope its a good rug.
