“Was looking for an outdoor rug. Thought I found the perfect one, loved the pattern etc. Was on site as outdoor but definitely not a rug that belongs outside I would think.”

“Can't say about the quality of the rug yet, we have been waiting 20 days for delivery and Allied Express send messages and tracking that say it is on a truck for delivery and it will arrive today and then don't turn up or notify.”

“The rug ordered arrived and is fine, but there was no parcel 1 of 2 with it. The non slip backing was not here with the rug when I arrived at home. The rug was left on the front patio, but I have no backing material, which I had ordered and paid for. Could you please look into this problem for me? It is important that I receive the non slip material as I am elderly and do not need to have another fall or slip on the rug. Thankyou, Estelle Parke.”

“Cheap rugs was good but the courier hunter express was so bad. They came to the address but then didn’t call me to say they’d arrived and left saying there was no parking without calling me. When I inquired they said I had not paid for a phone call when that was never an option. I couldn’t contact them on the phone only by email and they were no clear or easy to deal with.”

“Delivery took a lot longer than I ever hoped. Granted there was covid but it still felt a lot longer than stated on website. The rug was damp and dirty when I opened it. But being heavily pregnant I didn’t want to waste time or effort returning the rug. Happy with the colour (once I had it cleaned) and quality seems reasonable for price paid. Hesitant to be a returning customer. Will be doing it with caution if I do.”

“Rug not well represented as advertised. Picture showed faded vintage look. Only one area has slight fading. Delivery time was extended but kept well informed and company easy to contact for information.”

“The service was excellent however the product was not so good. I bought a rug which rather than be rolled as one would expect, arrived with several creases/faults which are difficult to flatten. Disappointing”
