The rug ordered arrived and is fine, but there was no parcel 1 of 2 with it. The non slip backing was not here with the rug when I arrived at home. The rug was left on the front patio, but I have no backing material, which I had ordered and paid for. Could you please look into this problem for me? It is important that I receive the non slip material as I am elderly and do not need to have another fall or slip on the rug. Thankyou, Estelle Parke.
