Holding me into a contract whilst not collecting my bins, missed collections, charging me excess weight when they eventually turn up, and an hour and half wait on hold if you ever want to speak to their unhelpful robbing staff. Thanks for keeping in contract for 12 months with no return on my direct debits you take every month, which if you haven't already guessed, are in excess to the amount written into the contract. Everything you don't want from someone to empty your bins at cheaper waste. Avoid like the plague.
