Disappointed again with this company Im delighted that you and your team are thrilled to let me know that our upcoming customer portal has undergone major improvements since the trial phase, even though we have never used it. This dosnt mean I want to pick up the bill for it, I want you to empty my bin as we agreed. Simply, stop trying to screw more money out of the deal, im not interested in what you do in the back ground, empty my bin as agreed at the price I agreed !! Disappointed again with this company, not down to the service of removing our rubbish, disappointed in the way they demand an extra service fee on top of the contractual fee (which was increased without my consent 2 months back ), to which they claim is for enhancing there service, of an extra £30+vat. I have tried talking to the call centre who do not listen and repeat there script back at you at how there service will be even better ?? Seems to be an annual theme, Looking back I put a complaint in the same time last year ...copied & Pasted below Rated 1 out of 5 stars 23 Nov 2022 Review removed So this company did save me a few quid… So this company did save me a few quid from my previous waste guys, couple of errors early days and the issues sorted. Set price for 3yrs whats not to like ?? This morning's email, Dear *** I am writing to inform you that a single charge of £30 + Vat will be applied to next month’s (December 2022) invoice in accordance with our contractual terms. For clarity, this is a single charge in the month of December 2022 only. The charge relates to significant tech-driven service improvements which are underway. You will start to enjoy these benefits in early 2023. So when i called to advise I'm not wanting this service i was informed that I have no choice and I have to pay as its part of the T&C's !!! My benefits would be I can log in to see my invoices and I can log a complaint if no collection. Thats it, there may be more later but there not sure ATM. Really disappointed in being treated like this, but im just a customer :( Date of experience: 23 November 2022 Date of experience: November 14, 2023

Let’s be honest, you’re here for one thing, and it’s to check out if I should decide to go with these guys. Well, if there is one thing you do today, I BEG YOU, PLEASE DO NOT DECIDE TO SIGN UP FOR THEIR SERVICES. I have such a long list of reasons why if you really need more to help you decide if you want to put up with such a horrible company with terrible customer service and practices. Firstly, YOU have to report if a waste collection is missed otherwise nobody is coming to empty your bin which just makes no sense. If a collection is missed surely THEY SHOULD know this has happened, and to provide good customer service, get in touch with you to let you know of this and that an alternative collection will be made, but no. BUT the biggest kicker is their £30+VAT “Service Improvement” Fee which is chargeable at a maximum of once per 12 months, and don’t worry, they will charge you it once per 12 months. This has just been applied to my latest (and final) invoice for the second time in 2 years. I’m not even going to try to fight them on this - read more on that below. So you better factor this additional cost into the total of your annual price for service. Is it really looking like such a good deal? And to be totally honest I’ve seen none of the improvements that this fee has supposedly gone to fund. This is really what’s led me to write this review in hopes that at least one person will see and decide to not go with them. I was going to end my contract some time ago after getting a promising quote from another provider, but WM really did offer an unbeatable price, so that even if I did pay their early termination fees, it was still the cheaper option to put up with their terrible service and run out the contract. That’s a big lesson learnt for the future! Now that I’m at the end of my contract, I JUST CANNOT WAIT (that’s sarcasm) to pay the £75 “container removal and cleansing” fee. Unfortunately, all of these fees are outlined in the contract so you really don’t have a leg to stand on once they have you. I tried to explain my situation that I was unhappy about these fees and the service I had received (missed collections etc), but all I got was a very forceful reply along the lines of “it’s a fee outlined in the contract so you have to pay” with no room for compromise or compassion. And as you can see the reviews are very much split between 1 and 5 stars, but look closely and the vast majority of the 5 star reviews are from users with 1 or 2 reviews which is blatant review bloating. Just another dirty tactic from a horrible company with even worse practices. This company just represents everything that is wrong with the world today. Please just avoid them as you will get what you pay for!

Changed their name to Wastemanaged now changed again to Everythingmanaged. Told them I was ending my contract and they have invoiced me for Extraordinary costs contribution'of £197. I queried this and was told it was to cover a rise in wages, fuel cost etc for the next year. I told them I would only be with them for the next couple of months and offered to pay pro rata for the months I would be using their service. Not good enough, they wanted the whole year's worth upfront. They have now suspended my collection until I pay it. I have paid in full for April's collection and one month 'Extra costs'. Still NO! I had been with Cheaperwaste for nearly 7 years and they were fine until it was time to end the contract, but now they seem to want to grab as much money as they can. Bunch of rude shisters, BEWARE!

Absolutely awful company. Four months of overweight charges which i have had to ring up and sort out. Finance department so slow at getting the over charges back into your account so had to chase them up again. Lame excuse about the person leaving so not picked up the email. Trying to out of the contract, but charges are 48% of the bill to the end of the contract. In addition, they have charged me additional cost and taken it for the whole year for cost they have incurred through increased charges. When I leave I doubt whether I will get this back. Don't go with this company. They are awful!!

Do not use! They deliberately omit landfill tax from their pricing, in order to make it look cheaper, then add it as a one off payment. They occasionally miss collections, charge for extra weight when they pick it up late m then on the following collection charge normal rate for a nearly empty bin. They deliberately make it difficult and expensive to exit the contract. They randomly add one off charges. I've had enough I'm going to buy myself out of the contract...

Worst experience ever! Incompetent, misleading, unprofessional and very expensive. Tried to leave but tricked me into another year, Customer support email apparently unmanned, no concessions for covid, then an extra charge of £30 to update their technology, tried to take me to court for termination charges but didn't have a leg to stand on as had proof of notice, conversations and payments so was dropped. I'm now with a company who is £300 per year cheaper with a better service. Save yourself time and stress and don't use this company!!

Cowboys!! Stay away!! They are horrible to deal with, thousands of unhappy customers. They charge illegal fees, charge for extra waste after non collecting your rubbish, their customer service it’s a joke. If you are having troubles with them you can find an amazing facebook group where you can share your issues with hundreds of other unhappy customers and can get support and advice!! Stay away is the best you can do!!

Absolutely appalling company. They mislead you into a scam. Being a retailer is difficult enough in this current economic climate. Then they have the audacity to issue a court summons. My advice is, stay well away from this company. If only I had read their reviews beforehand..

Beware of Cheaper Waste, they have over 1,000 complaints online and an extremely poor service, ie not picking up bins for 6 months, billing, giving excuses and then tripling charges when you withdraw from the contract due to their negligence. Stay well clear...

Its easier to escape alcatraz than end a contract with them. They charge excessively despite providing no service at all. The telephone operators are absolutely shambolic and talk "law speal" (which is quite funny they don't win in court) Avoid!
