Avoid this company at all costs to your sanity and your wallet. They claim they will collect your bins, but all they do is take lots of money and offer an ineffective customer services support. No one answers the phone, no one deals with emails. They never refund you for missed bins, and they always blame someone else apart from them. This is the worst company in history, and they need to close as they are unfit to offer a bin service.
