Monthly direct debit payments totalling >£500 taken with virtually no service. Made numerous complaints. Takes at least 2 weeks to respond to emails. Average waiting time on phone to customer service 45min. Told we need to pay more to break a contract which we never even signed! As a business owner I’m embarrassed they’re still in business, with service like this I wouldn’t be. Do not do business with them.
