They charge for excess bin weight, during lockdown , we were actually closed. They then say they don't have to show you the proof , and they miss collections and charge for excess weight still !! So we think after 24 months we cancel our contract , but apparently not , we were supposed to give them 3 to 6 months notice? Why? So they can extract more excess bin weight from us? No , don't pay them a penny ,cancel and say good bye
