An utter disgrace , don't waste your money on waste !!!! A 24 month contract with you unable to cancel with a months notice! Entrapment! You must remember to cancel Between 6 to 3 month's prior to the end! What other company does that? Only ones that would like you to believe this crappie and think you are trapped into another 24 month's of theft. As you progress in your contract you will be subjected to hidden extras , one of which will be excessive bin weight, regardless if its empty or full! Try emailing, nothing, try calling, nothing !! They will just their hand into you hard earned money and pull out their excessive weight charge. A duty of care licence??? Hidden charges. They don't let you know about anything, as clearly you wouldn't sign up to them. When you eventually manage to speak to someone, they say they are not obliged to tell how much overweight your bin was. 🤣 Hilarious, so they can just make it up as they go. Idiots. Stay away.
