Cancelled my contract in May 2020, after several emails their customer service manager acknowledged my notice. In November they decided to take £200 from my account and even though they accepted their error it is now December 2020 and they still no refund. I asked the details of the financial controller and they declined to give. In which other company this happens? None, they shouldn’t be allowed to trade, their managers don’t even put their full name on LinkedIn so no one can bother them with any issues.
