I wish i had seen these reviews before signing up for 12 months. We are experiencing exactly the same problems as most other reviews in: 1) No collections on day we have been advised or subsequent days thereafter 2)Told blatant lies that bin had not been placed out for collection 3) Unbelieveable amount of time trying to contact their alleged customer service team by phone 4) Once you do get to speak to anyone they do not offer any help to resolve 5) They have taken two months payments by DD without any service / collections 6) I was given a e-mail address to send complaint to by a staff member of their customer service only for e-mail to bounce back as it is no longer a method of contact I have now cancelled my DD with them & asked bank to recall payments they have taken under false pretences. If anyone is thinking of using this company for waste collections then do yourself a big favour & steer well clear.
