This "company" works on basis that as business you cant get away (as there is no cooling off period for businesses aggreement made by phone) after you find all hiden costs and cancellation fees on their contract what you even refuse sign. I just paid over 450GBP (They will even not give you explanation of how this cancelation fees been calculated) just to get away from them with no collection of bin was even made. An utter disgrace this "company" is. A duty of care licence for 100GBP this is just like bad dream.
