We have cancelled as we have moved premises. They continue to charge us for £60 to collect the bin and a two year contract which we never signed up to. I can't email as they options on the website don't offer a cancellation, dispute your bill let alone a complaints option. I have written twice and received no reply. Their phone system assures me someone will be with me shortly but it is a 75 minute wait for a customer service member. Read the other reviews and do not get involved with this company nightmare
