Absolute crooks! They don't tell you anything about excess waste on the sale. The contract is full of stupid little things.
The latest one is that i have to renew my contract because i didn't notify them that i wanted to cancel the next year, 3 to 6 months before the current contract had ended. It is ridiculous. They have been reported to trading standards. I hope they get shut down. It is criminal.
