DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS COMPANY Possible the worst company I have ever had the displeasure to have to have dealt with. During the contact we had multiple missed collections, and constant excessive over weight charges. During the 2020 lockdown we were charged for excess when the bins were empty and not in use! When I came to terminate the contracts, the company made no attempt to let me know that the requests had been made, and tried to auto renew a further 24months! When I finally had confirmation that I could end the contracts they then charge extra fees to do so! DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS COMPANY
