Over charge you for excess weight. Even tho there wasn’t even the agreed weight. Won’t give information on how weight is done . Rude staff that talk over the top of you. Most polite before taking contract out then get rude after. Agreee excess weight charge of 16p+vat per kilo then charge you 30P+vat per kilo. If you want a decent supplier look elsewhere the list goes on and when you try and make a complaint they talk over you like your a five year old child. Never again will I use these steer well clear. These are rubbish at customer service and frauds in over charges
