Worst move I ever made, Missed bin collections, Over chargers, Confusing invoices, Rude staff, VERY questionable practices, Missleading contracts that try to force you into a further two years commitment. I set up a DD, they took that as carte blanche to help themselves to additional money not agreed upon for services not agreed upon, I have been over charged so many times Ive now lost count.
