Had no issues the first year and then they changed suppliers. Bin wasnt emptied for 6 weeks, managed to speak to someone after hanging on the phone for over half an hour who promised he would get it sorted. It didnt get sorted and 4 weeks later I emailed cancelling the contract. I am now receiving legal letters for payment due to cancelling early. Avoid at all costs, customer service non existent but very good at charging for a service that was never provided.
