AVOID THIS COMPANY! What a whirlwind of an experience I have had with this company. Late collections, over charging, hidden fees, taking random amounts out of my bank and refusing to return it (they will never return money just credit that they never put on invoices) never give them a Direct Debit! In May last year they left me 6 weeks without any collection or information!!!! No service for 6weeks couldn't tell when my next collection would be or anything. I run a pet shop how the hell do I store animal feed with rubbish overflowing my unit?? Changed supplier to avoid getting closed down by environmental services (Thank God everything is fine now) and they have sent me a court letter for breaking my contract of service.... Don't know what service like because they stopped collections. Let's go to court then Cheaperwaste! Going to fight you with all the other unhappy customers! (Oh yes theres a Facebook group full! Go have a look! ) UPDATE- 20/03/22 received another court letter from Lovetts after St James failed epically! Bring it on
