I would love to give 0 stars , I’m recovering from breast cancer and not nice treatments and I was helped by one lady so I could get out feb 3rd but then they said I never rang but I couldn’t get though although she said she d sort it for me anyway , I can now get out 3rd July as I’m not doing hardly any work , they promised to call me back within 48 hours still nothing it’s over 10 days I’ve been online again a few times desperate for their help all they say is I ll get someone to call YOU ASAP but no one ever does so, I ve now complained on their website TWICE I’ve now cancelled the D/D TO SEE IF THIS WILL PROMPT THEM I was with years ago and It took a lot for me to trust them again for them to let me down yet again when they had a change over I said I should have an option to get out but they said NO I m now roped in to July 3rd but not happy to pay that extra large charge - they ring back and never ever respond to my chats or online website complaints - AGAIN ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WANTS MONEY BUT DONT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS
