Avoid at all costs. They are so bad they have changed their name to Waste Managed.I would imagine to try and hide all their bad reviews and legal challenges against them. Missed bins collection every couple of weeks, which you never receive a credit for. Continually having to pay another company to collect our waste as they fail to. Impossible to contact unless they want to sell you something. Auto renew their contract with no notification, which is illegal. I have cancelled our contract twice, well withing their specified time frames and they still threaten you with cancellation payments. I have now passed to our company lawyer who is looking forward to seeing them in court. Please read all the reviews and do not use the company or waste managed.
