I understand that it is not Cheap Flight Fares fault for any cancellations of flights.
But when I had to speak with anyone in regards to rescheduling they were rude and acted like I was inconveniencing them.
I was never rude and understand their frustration with the airlines but they need to understand the customers frustration also. It is their job to take care of the customer and not act like we are bothering them.
