“The process was quick and easy. I don't believe the fare was any cheaper than buying direct from the airline, indeed some of the Cheap Flights charges were considerably more than those bought directly from the airline. I see little to no advantage in booking through Cheap Flights, and would not recommend the service over direct purchase, but you don't know till you try, do you?”

“many unknowns as to what i was signing up for, although i knew i wanted refundable fares. when i discovered so many of the add ons and luggage impediments to my travel i wanted to cancel right then and there and get my refund. i was met by a lot barriers to just simply refunding my fare; a significant amount was NOT going to come back to me, as it was explained to me as "an insurance policy." i quite begrudgingly accepted those terms, but made very clear mention that i would be contacting my american express co to complain. after i hung up, the agent called me back to advise that a full refund would be forthcoming. i rebooked successfully with the airline directly and got exactly what i wanted to purchase.”

“I had no reservation when I arrived at the airport. Frontier was very helpful in working it out for me. I was charged at the airport. Do not charge me again. The reservation was not completed.”

“Don’t book a flight with them, they are so cheap People, all those people can’t even speak proper English, I told them to book a flight for Sunday, They booked it for Friday, then they said ok pay more money for a new ticket, first and last time for booking a flight with them,I told my friend to not book with them”
