“Not informed of available seating until after booking the flights Not able to select any seats on 2 of the flights, and no instruction on how to get seats Calls to 24/7 phone number don't go through or are not answered Live chat only minimal help, only provide answers to a couple questions No updates available on E ticket, such as seat assignments Upgrades not available since no interface exist on the booking site”

“The flight I picked showed I could pay to pick my seat. After I booked, I went to the airline site and could not pay to pick my seat. When I called the number on my correspondence the person said I could not pick my seat but they could for $160. I said I wanted to do it myself, that person said I couldn’t. In the booking process it did not indicate that I couldn’t not.”

“The website provided the availability for 2 seats. I proceeded with reservation and payment online. But then I was informed by email that I need to urgently contact them. It appeared that on one of the flights only one seat was available. I had to call them (international call so I wonder how much I will have to pay for it) and we changed one of the flights. Unfortunately, the price has increased. I think that if there is not enough seats available, the flights should not be proposed on the website. In the end, I got my etickets so it all ended well. The client service is good and helpful. Overall, I’m happy with Cheapflightsfares. The prices are very interesting ! Thank you”

However, it required a series of time-consuming search on other tickets agencies in order to find your best flight.
