“We have had no issues with cheap flight fares, since booking our trip. The fares we paid were very reasonable and we received the confirmation and e tickets in a reasonable amount of time. Everything has been very simple to book. Looking g forward to our trip.”

“Wwe are waiting to fly out from BTR. Flight cancellations from AA. All handled by Cheap Flight personnel. I never initialed a phone call. Their people reached out to me and gave me available options. Will definitely fly with them again.”

“this was my first time using cheapflightsfares to book an international flight. i have to say at first i was a little hesitant about it but since it was an offer from kayak, i went ahead with the booking. it was nothing but smooth sailing. my booking was confirmed within a few hours, i received my e-ticket & seat assignment in an email. i have gone on the airline's website & see my reservation. it all's in the system & i'm ready to depart. i would recommend...”

“I found a great price. Then there was an issue, but they called me, offered solutions, fixed some details and made the process very smooth. I felt like they cared and got very specific seat assignments, upgrades and was never pushed. It was informative and a great experience.”

“I booked my flight for one price, they called me to tell me that the flight is booked was not available and asked if I would switch my flight days. I said no and they were able to book the flight for me, but it was $150 more expensive because apparently I had booked a standby flight before. He was able to find a voucher to bring the cost down $30. Then when I said that wouldn't work, he got it down to $60 more than what I originally booked for. Still seems sketchy to me, but I got the email from american airlines with my tickets, so I guess it is fine. Definitely won't use them again. Update: They called me regarding my 2-star review and offered to resolve my concerns by getting me a discount for a checked bag and a $35 voucher for a future flight through their company. They then asked me to change my review and when I said that I would consider it, they became pushy and stated that communications with the airline about my flight would be impacted by my review. When I expressed concern that it seemed my ability to keep my flight was being threatened if i didnt change my review, they gave the example that the airline could change my flight details and they wouldn't have a way of know because of my review. I never asked for the price to be further lowered, I never asked for any other sort of compensation, just stated that I would think about changing my review before I did so.”

“There was trouble finalizing the international ticket we booked with British Airways and the Cheap Flight Fares went above and beyond to help us get it resolved. Special shout out to Zac who provided excellent customer service - he was patient, provided multiple options, stayed in communication throughout the process and was friendly and personable. The entire CFF team provided excellent customer service, always kind, polite and helpful, I will use their service again. Thank you Zac!”

“I paid $244 extra for the flights that I booked because Cheap Flights could not honor the original purchase. After I complained, they call and offered me $100 refund. I had to call 3 times and spend about an hour on the phone to confirm my flights. The information was also incorrect. It said I had to pay for checked bags when 2 checked bags were included in my premium seats.”
