“Airfare rate was good. Customer service representative in the beginning was nice & accommodating. But when I called back the following day asking them to put my ANA membership #, the gentleman wouldn’t help me claiming he’s unable to do it from his computer systems.😳 He insisted that I should just ask ANA representative to do it when I check-in on the day of my flight departure. He was not helpful at all! I was extremely disappointed!”

“I think the cheap flight agents are pretty courteous, a little hard to understand sometimes. The only thing I don’t like is I never get my boarding pass to check in with in 24 hours I always have to call in and ask. I have to say they are quick to answer the phone… That’s a good asset.”

“I purchased 6 airlines tickets, which included an infant with their own seat for Alaska Airlines. When I went to Alaska Airlines' website to check on my seats, I saw that there were only 5 seats for us, with the infant sitting on my lap. I am in the process of working with Cheapflightfares agents in order to have Alaska Airlines add the additional seat that I purchased. I'm glad I noticed in time to do something about it, but the flight is in 3 days and it is a hassle dealing with this right now.”

“I fly Allegiant each March and she has to help me with the expense. I would like to pay my own bills but cannot. She lives in Florida and I live in Maryland. I would like to have a payment plane to pay my own way. Do I you have a solution for me?”

“I had to cancel my flight due to a schedule conflict I was very disappointed to only get a fraction of my money back especially since I cancelled it in less than 24 hours. Plus they will NOT stop texting me which annoying as all get out. I wouldn’t recommend this company at ALL.”
