“Although the for getting my ticket was awesome, the refund process was terrible. If I had to cancel my trip and I called Cheapflightsfares I would have to fill out a form and wait to see if my problem was good otherwise they wouldn't refund my money even though I had purchased the refund option.”

“Due to my credit card processing issues, I needed to call customer service. They were excellent. No hold to speak to a real person! My issue was handled promptly the agent then made an offer to select seats, which I had not been able to do online yet. He took care of that, making a note to have seats as close to the front as possible. Sure enough, when I got my tickets…great seats.”

“The website is real and customer service is very good. The other downside is that once you purchased your ticket any cancellation will be charged except you have traveled protection added on your ticket”
