“They helped sort out a problem liaising with my daughter in the UK while I was in the USA related to credit card verification. Well done. To them for sorting it. They did try and bump up the initial price by saying the deal was no longer available ( the flight was half empty) but honoured it when my daughter said we would go elsewhere. Questions below not relevant it was not a parcel”

“The fare and payment option rescued me from a mishap in my travels. Greatly appreciated. The confirmation and reception of my e-ticket caused some stress though. The transition or digital communication between Cheap Flights and Frontier to my device and communication channels encountered difficulties. I am unable to properly identify, but a Frontier agent accommodated me.”
