“I purchased a flight from Cheap flight fares . My cc company didn't authorize the purchase as a safety precaution. In a matter of just a few hours, I spoke with my cc company and gave authorization. Cheap Flight Fares raised the cost of my airline ticket $75. I am not happy.”

“Had to find a flight in a short amount of time and this had one of the lowest. Unfortunately, it was economy and doesn’t include baggage or seats- guess we are expected to fly on the wing. As far as customer service, they are not knowledgeable at all. I am wondering if they are talking to several customers at once because response time is long as well. And when I did write a negative review- someone called my son who I booked the flight for trying to push to change my review. Just be aware you get what you pay for.”

“Info on plane status was slow. I paid $75.00 for 1 bag to be checked. I was told at the airport it would be $90.00 This is not true not only that when I reached the airport it was Not recognized that I already paid for my bag with CheapFlightsFares, so I had to pay an additional $40.00 to check 1 bag to check my bag. Watch out people.”

“Up front this flight booking site looks a little cheaper but when you add luggage and seats (after you confirmed) you,re actually paying more than booking directly from the airline and you will lose the benefits you get from booking direct from the airlines.”

“On two separate occasions, I booked a flight that was initially priced as the lowest option. However, after entering my credit card details, I was contacted to inform me that the flight was fully booked and I would need to choose between rebooking for a different day or purchasing a more expensive flightt on the same day, which would result in a price increase above that of other airlines.”

“I found the same fare directly on Spirit’s website. If I hadn’t already purchased through Cheap Flight Fares, I would have purchased directly from Spirit. Checked bags were actually cheaper when directly purchased from Spirit, so in the end, I paid more! I probably wouldn’t bother looking at your site again. It was also cumbersome to wait for payment to be processed and my e-ticket to be issued. That process is faster and smoother when purchasing directly from the airline.”

“Did not get the fare orginally advertised thru Kayak. Wound up paying $150 more than when I originally booked the flight and had been confirmed. Call back 2 days later stating that the advertised fare was not available. Same flight is available at prices close to the original confirmation with other booking agents, so I feel Cheap Flights is sliding in some kind of agent fee. Would not book with Cheap Flights again. Would recommend others not to use.”

“Have had issues on getting my actual tickets. Unfortunately this is one of the flaws when dealing with a 3rd party. Flaws being that when you purchase from the actual company (aliegent) you get your tickets as soon as the transaction is complete, but through a 3rd party, I have to wait for my tickets until closer to my departure time. I still haven’t recieve my actual tickets.”

“I booked the correct flight but immediately realized it was scheduled for a day earlier than I needed. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I could change my booking for an additional fee. I chose Cheap Flights because of their reasonable fare. However, they told me that I could not cancel or receive a refund. I learned my lesson: never again.”

“Very disappointed to be told my fare was put on hold and would be $350 more than when I booked it. If this was due then the airline as I was told-don’t give me a price unless you are positive. I would have selected an alternative if this had been disclosed at the time of booking.”

“The agents at CheapFlightsFares tried to shamefully renegotiate the price of my paid for flight. I bought and paid for a flight from Oslo to Denver for 713,29 USD. After I waited for 24-hours without receiving the e-ticket, I called customer service only to be told that the price is gone up to 1680 USD. It was then reduced to 980 USD. I refused to pay the difference and asked the agent to cancel th reservation, so I can buy a much cheaper ticket. It was only then she decided to issue me the e-ticket for the original price. It is a scam of a business practice and a horrible attempt to cheat unsuspecting customers. Its shameful!”
