“When I said check the seats I reserved, you charged me for the same seats? Thats after raising the price by over 2,000 dollars. I see no insurance on my print out?”

“Initially the booking was great prices which my flight was set to include carry on and seat selection (certain rows were free.) We then receive a call me to tell me that seats wer selected were not available and now we had to pay an extra $90 round trip to select seats that were even farther back in the plane then originally selected. The option for seat selection included was false. I don’t think they had authorization from airlines to offer free seats. This was a major inconvenience since this flight was already booked. Due to this we will never use this site again.”

“Cheap Flights charged my credit card 5 times on same fee. This resulted in credit issuer to cancel my card. Now I have to wait for a replacement. The fights were cheap.”

“The fares seemed good. The problem was the inconsistency with the rate my booking email said a price then my credit card said more. I called to cancel cuz my daughter found it cheaper . They said they would honor but price on credit card remained the highest of the 3 prices .”

“I purchased a flight from Cheap flight fares . My cc company didn't authorize the purchase as a safety precaution. In a matter of just a few hours, I spoke with my cc company and gave authorization. Cheap Flight Fares raised the cost of my airline ticket $75. I am not happy.”

“Had to find a flight in a short amount of time and this had one of the lowest. Unfortunately, it was economy and doesn’t include baggage or seats- guess we are expected to fly on the wing. As far as customer service, they are not knowledgeable at all. I am wondering if they are talking to several customers at once because response time is long as well. And when I did write a negative review- someone called my son who I booked the flight for trying to push to change my review. Just be aware you get what you pay for.”

“Info on plane status was slow. I paid $75.00 for 1 bag to be checked. I was told at the airport it would be $90.00 This is not true not only that when I reached the airport it was Not recognized that I already paid for my bag with CheapFlightsFares, so I had to pay an additional $40.00 to check 1 bag to check my bag. Watch out people.”

“On two separate occasions, I booked a flight that was initially priced as the lowest option. However, after entering my credit card details, I was contacted to inform me that the flight was fully booked and I would need to choose between rebooking for a different day or purchasing a more expensive flightt on the same day, which would result in a price increase above that of other airlines.”

“I found the same fare directly on Spirit’s website. If I hadn’t already purchased through Cheap Flight Fares, I would have purchased directly from Spirit. Checked bags were actually cheaper when directly purchased from Spirit, so in the end, I paid more! I probably wouldn’t bother looking at your site again. It was also cumbersome to wait for payment to be processed and my e-ticket to be issued. That process is faster and smoother when purchasing directly from the airline.”

“Did not get the fare orginally advertised thru Kayak. Wound up paying $150 more than when I originally booked the flight and had been confirmed. Call back 2 days later stating that the advertised fare was not available. Same flight is available at prices close to the original confirmation with other booking agents, so I feel Cheap Flights is sliding in some kind of agent fee. Would not book with Cheap Flights again. Would recommend others not to use.”

“Have had issues on getting my actual tickets. Unfortunately this is one of the flaws when dealing with a 3rd party. Flaws being that when you purchase from the actual company (aliegent) you get your tickets as soon as the transaction is complete, but through a 3rd party, I have to wait for my tickets until closer to my departure time. I still haven’t recieve my actual tickets.”
