The price chaged after receiveing confirmation for few of my friends. Group of us booked at the same time. This is not a fair practice. Cheaoflightfares should let people know when the ticket is not available at the price shown.

I booked a-flight with less price even thou i saw it in another website but next day they said your flight is not confirmed prices have increased i Initially paid 260 each for 3 tickets next day they asked me 356 i said i wont give but they reduced the price but still i ended up paying 300 each for the ticket we are students we expect reliable website but this is not i thought of refereeing to my classmates but this one has upset me a lot

I bought 2 tickets online for a lower fare, but when they were completing the transaction they said the price increased and charged me another $90.00/ ticket. I had no other options so I had to pay the additional costs. If I would have went with a different site originally I would have paid $100.00 dollars less. The flights were delayed and we ended up renting a vehicle at our layover because the plane had so many mechanical issues that they had to bring in the FFA.

i was offered a price for a round trip flight, then i was told shortly after i confirmed my purchase that the flight was magically no longer available for the price i bought it for and i had to pay more for it. the person on the phone who helped me insisted on reading a script to me over and over instead of just answering my questions. it was frustrating and i was annoyed that my experience involved being told i had to spend more money and took 15 minutes of trying to get the agent to just tell me what was going on. i will not use this site again.

Price was great but I imputed my name with a mistake I typed a (m) instead of an (n) and they can't correct it without charging me $175. That's over 50% of what my ticket cost jut to change one letter in my name

Your flights fares good. Three are three things ( in my humble opinion) you may want to improve: 1. Teach your representatives to be patient, to talk slowly and to avoid the technical slang. 2. Teach them to clearly answer the questions and not to try to sell the other fares (different time, different route etc.). 3. Why during booking I can't purchase different tickets for the way back? (ie one way the Basic Economy and back Economy or something better). Yes, there is a time consuming and risky way to do so, all the way around; to purches the more expensive tickets for the whole trip, wait for the payment to go through, to call again and to try to change the price for that one leg. One may be successful, may be not. If one is successful, one still need to wait again for the new payment to go through. Really, who has time for all that? Most recently because I will not travel alone and the other party already bought tickets l wanted to buy cheaper ticket one way and the more expensive one on my way back. I just simply wanted to pay you a little more money, but after hearing all the instructions what needed to be done and how much more time was needed l gave up. Conclusions: yes, you have good fares. No, your booking system is not customer friendly. All the best, Tom Cybulski

Website rather wacko couldnt find a round trip on one airline bothways and i went to pay for a bag check it landed on the wrong air line…. But will see i’ ll let u know post trip! Best

I booked a flight to Atlanta yesterday leaving Monday morning and clicked on check one bag for an additional $56.00 each way. The conformation indicates one carryon for $75.00 each way. I call yesterday and the issue was not resolved and they indicated someone would call me today to resolve the issue, the issue is still not resolved. I called again and customer service is baaad! My biggest issue is that I tried to change the last leg of my flight to a few days later within 48 hours and I was quoted two different prices by two different people and it was outrageous when the price for the flight is the same. I think that seems like a scam. There should be a little more flexibility if you just want to extend.

I did not receive any email with my purchase information right away. I called Cheap Flights and the woman on the phone was very dismissive of my inquiry. She sounded angry and kept repeating that an email would be sent to me. I received 3 emails, all the same information. It was distressing to me epecailly in todays age when scammers are out to get your money. I was afraid I might have been scammed. I was very much relieved when the email finally came in. It should have been instantanious when I paid for my flight.

i was not satisfied. I came to this app thinking i was going to pay for a cheap ticket. Which i had found a 100 something dollar flight thinking that’s how much i was going to pay. Until i found out that i was on standby. Why display false information if i’m not going to be paying just 205 with luggage i had added?i ended up paying almost 400 dollars. I will most likely not continue using cheap flights website anymore

I booked Friday and not until Monday after I call that the customer service called me that the fare increased by 60 dollars. And not until I called then to run my credit card , it seems they will not run it until another increase of fare… this will be my first and last business with cheap flight fares

Easy to book . Issue is with the delay with spirit . 4 hours sitting at terminal . All others are flying . I would not recommend cheap flights to utilized Spirt .

HI, 1. The price noted on your website is not the true price. That felt like false marketing as you advertise prices that are not confirmed by the flight company. 2. You do not accept foreign credit cards and this was not advertised in the beginning so my purchase could not go through even though it was from one of the biggest banks in Sweden buying something from a Swedish company (SAS), which is even more strange that you do not accept it. Then I got an email that I should FAX in the form! Who owns a fax? I hardly could access a printer with a form that could not be filled in. Then luckily I got a new email to send a photo of the credit card and ID. 3. The credit card and ID were never clearly accepted so I never knew if I had the ticket or not. 4. While waiting for the card to be accepted the price increased by 120 dollars within just minutes because you could not confirm my card, which just felt like your whole business idea was like a fraud. 5. I never received an official confirmation number from SAS so I could check in, again it felt like never really had a ticket, so I just prayed that I had it and hoped for the best. Please, learn from https://www.nngroup.com/ or how Apple does it, https://developer.apple.com/design/human-interface-guidelines/ they were even better in the old days though.
