My card declined on Monday so I had to wait til Tuesday to finalize my flight. I had to pay $121 more because it was hours after. I don’t think it should have changed that much. Especially if the only reason was my card declined because my financial thought it was a fraudulent purchase. I have the money to pay for the flight.

I booked a roundtrip ticket from SFO-Beijing. On your website, it shows " Free cancellation within 24 hours". I called back to cancel it within 1 hour, an agent refused to cancel and asked for $250 fee. I called back again within 2 hours, another agent refused to cancel and asked for $75 fee. Based on website, agent fee should be $5-$15, not $75/$250. I tried to cancel “Korean air” ticket since their seat fee is too expensive, then order on your website for ANA (All Nippon Airways) with cheap seat fee. So you still make money on my booking ticket. I do not understand why your agents refuse to cancel my ticket free charge. Anyway, it took me 3 hours on the phone without cancelling my ticket. I have to give up. It is sooooo bad experience/frustration to cancel ticket. I almost try to sue you. Please follow " Free cancellation within 24 hours" policy on your website to cancel tickets for customers in the future. ==================10/34/2023======================== Thanks, Lauren Smith for calling me back and she told me seat selection is never required. I thought seat selection was required before, so I wasted extra $200 to select seats. I google online and confirmed seat selection is just an option. -------------------------------------------------------- Can airlines force you to buy a seat? Even if an airline's website makes it appear that you have to pay extra for a seat, you are never required to choose a specific seat and can always opt to decline seat selection in lieu of a FREE seat assignment during check-in. ------------------------------------------------- I can only give 2*, not 5* for this service. The reasons are below. 1: On your website, it shows "Free cancellation within 24 hours". I also called about this policy, and agents confirmed it is free cancellation by booking “Korean air” ticket. So I think I am safe to book and cancel within 24 hours. This is a false statement. On your website, you should change " Cancellation within 24 hours with Fee", then people will think twice before booking tickets. Customers can sue or dispute the fee you charged for "Free cancellation within 24 hours". 2: all agents online should get the training aboutt seat selection is just an option. After buying my ticket I received a message saying the price was higher. To keep me the agent said he will offer me free luggage, but you charged me for the luggage. Someone was supposed to call me back regarding this issue, I never really a call back!

I booked a flight only to find out later, when I checked in at the airport that I had to pay an additional $45 for a Mexican tourist tax fee. When I booked the booking assumed that I had a Mexican passport. Other travel agencies had a higher price for the ticket because they included that tax fee upfront. This company did not.

I have had 2 bad experiences with this page. the 2 similar ones in which I buy a ticket, I put the credit card and the purchase is made. then I get an email at dawn (the time when I'm logically sleeping) in which it tells me that they want a photo of my credit/debit card to make the purchase (I don't understand under what logic since the card happened at the time of buy online) and the worst thing that says that if it is not answered in 2 hours, the rates may vary.! By God if I'm sleeping at that time. When I call customer service, they tell me that the ticket has gone up and it will cost me $140 more, absurd. after alleging that what they are doing is illogical. and discuss it I managed to keep the price but very exhausting way to buy a fligth ticket

Bad service all they have are Indian people do you know that mostly Indian and Africans are scammers I do t trust these agencies anymore i tired to cancel upon four hours of trying to purchase and I have no idea what happened I left it in stand by without pressing summit n they don’t do nothing / so after trying to get their attention I did ask to speak to an American because I felt that they did not understand me but a diferent person called because of my comments and was able to help me fortunately everything was resolved, speak up or fail sorry for the inconvenience. I did not try to be racist because that’s not how I am but unfortunately I have very bad experience in the past with scams and now I’m awake. Thank you for helping me cheap flight tickets.

I never got my confirmation code to check into my flight. I had to contact the airline via chat in order to get my confirmation to check into my flight.

When I started booking the flight it appeared excellent. But after having to pay for baggage, seat assignments, cancelation protection the price more than doubled. First time I've ever had to pay for a carry-on bag. Will see what the flight is like. At this point I'd never recommend this airline.

Not good. I called to ask a question and found out that my co-traveler was not on the reservation. Another call revealed that after they added the co- traveler, they didn't add her carry on. The co-traveler and carry on were paid for at booking. On another phone call, I was booked with a checked bag instead of the paid for carry on. When I got to the airport, I was told that if I wanted carry on instead of checked, it was cost me another $30. Very stressful situation.

after i made my purchase, I got a phone call from the company telling me they sold me a ticket that wasn’t actually available but i could pay $300 more dollars for an upgraded seat on the same flight! After a lot of frustrating discussion they agreed to give me the upgraded seat at no extra cost because it was their error. Then when they sent me my new ticket it was exactly the same as my original ticket! Seems like incompetence at the very least if not an outright scam.

Your company could do much better on customer service reps. I called last night for some help and the SOB hung up on me and didn't call me back. He spoke very poor English and didn't care a bit, he just wanted to get off the phone. Please go back and listen to the call. I won't use use company again until I know what you are going to do about it and will be sending an email to the airline and car rental company within a week if i don't hear back from you. Best wishes in fixing you poor customer service.

I am not happy with this company at all. I booked a flight overseas not realizing the layover would be two days so because they ssy they can cancel a booking within 24 hours. I re-booked a flight with less layover time. Then I called within the next 24 hours to cancel the previous flight. When I called the agent was not friendly at all and had to speak with her supervisor. Then she gets back on the phone and tells me she can cancel it but that I have to pay $488 dollars for the cancelation. I think that is ridiculous! On top of that the flight is still pending under my account. Definitely will be going a different route next time I fly.

Canceling my plane reservation was simple however Cheap Fights provides the ability to book your car rental on their website through Avis and this I do not recommend. Less than 24 hours after booking my flight and my car rental I reached out in an attempt to cancel all of my reservations and was penalized by Avis via Cheap flFlights. Be aware that they will charge you over $500 if you cancel your car reservation because of the agreement between Avis and Cheap Flights. I was told in compliance with the agreement between Cheap Flights and Avis that either I had to pay it or Cheap Flights had to pay it this makes me question the agreement between Cheap Flights and Avis and why you would do business with an company who penalizes your clients and customers. I will not be doing business with a company that allows a company they contract with to penalize their customers/clients.
