Was told I would be refunded the extra amount charged and also reimburse me for the price of my seat choices as a bonus for the trouble I was caused. I was refunded the extra charge. Never reimbursed for price of seat choices. When I called to ask about when I could expect it I was told they never told me that. Which they did! Basically I was told I was a liar which I did not appreciate at all!
