And then the refund had a cancellation fee even when I opted for it within an hour of clicking. It was stressful and I felt deceived by the way things were presented. I was not reimbursed for the fee, and the time I wasted when I could have simply bought it from Jetstar instead of trying to find a bargain from all their ads.
