“I purchased 6 airlines tickets, which included an infant with their own seat for Alaska Airlines. When I went to Alaska Airlines' website to check on my seats, I saw that there were only 5 seats for us, with the infant sitting on my lap. I am in the process of working with Cheapflightfares agents in order to have Alaska Airlines add the additional seat that I purchased. I'm glad I noticed in time to do something about it, but the flight is in 3 days and it is a hassle dealing with this right now.”

“Agent that helped me was impatient, curt and lacked warmth. He also tried to increase the fare on me. He did not demonstrate quality customer service care. I am not sure I will purchase tickets from you again.”

“Although the for getting my ticket was awesome, the refund process was terrible. If I had to cancel my trip and I called Cheapflightsfares I would have to fill out a form and wait to see if my problem was good otherwise they wouldn't refund my money even though I had purchased the refund option.”

“I was so shocked that I had to pay for 4 seats , 1 per flight. I used cheap tickets thinking that I would pay less but I am sure I paid more to fly RT from Syracuse to Lexington. Used it because I could not get “book/pay” now to appear on American’s site!”

“This was my first time using this website to book a flight, and I had to contact customer service. Unfortunately, it was the worst experience I’ve had with any company this year. The representative I spoke with was not only extremely rude but also lacked the basic knowledge or willingness to assist me. I will avoid this service in the future!!!”

“I paid an extra fee for a checked bag when I purchased the ticket on Cheapflightfares. When I went to check in at the airport, the airline had no record of this, so they charged me for my checked bag again. This caused a big drama at the check-in desk. Luckily the Cheapflightfares support team answered my call quickly and processed the refund for the checked fee I paid them within a few minutes.”

“I had a reservation made online and it hasn’t been respected , I had to spend one hour and a half on the phone and needed to talk to supervisor to have , not the flight and the date I was supposed to have but another one and I was charged twice on my credit card . So hopefully my flight will be on time and nothing will happen with the reservation . For now I’m not sure I would recommend your company . It depends how it will go this weekend The supervisor was helpful but I still had to be very clear about my deep deception of not respecting the reservation made online”
