I had a reservation made online and it hasn’t been respected , I had to spend one hour and a half on the phone and needed to talk to supervisor to have , not the flight and the date I was supposed to have but another one and I was charged twice on my credit card . So hopefully my flight will be on time and nothing will happen with the reservation . For now I’m not sure I would recommend your company . It depends how it will go this weekend The supervisor was helpful but I still had to be very clear about my deep deception of not respecting the reservation made online
