“I paid extra for a full flight refund and it was less than 24 hour after I purchased the tickets and they were not willing to refund my ticket I ended up using my tickets and they were diligent about contacting me to resolve the issue.”

“Your associate tried hard to help me. However, in spite of the fact that when booking I noted the standard 24 hour cancellation policies I was told it was not possible when booking through your company; is that accurate? If correct I can not use your services in the future”

“Pues es la cegunda vez que acen un cochino trato no me gusto esta última vez me cobran el buelo total y por 643 y yame porque decía pendiente y cuando yame otra vez dijo que no me avían cobrado impuestos y me cobraron otra vez y en total me cobraron 820 se me iso mucho pero ya estaba en reserva y no podía acer mucho por esperar y buscar otra línea”

“I booked Allegiant through Cheap flights Fares and I probably will not do so again. My error, I suppose, since the last time I flew (2 years ago), I purchased economy, but did not have to pay extra for my seat and can take a backpack and a purse as my personal item without paying $77. For one of them. My point is, you list flight prices for comparison, the consumer chooses the best price/time combo for themselves and the airlines pack on more unexpected fees. I have not had this problem in the past with Priceline in the past. Now I'm wondering if you negotiate separate deals with airlines that allows them to present a lower rate but then pad the fare.”

“An executive has been working with me on getting my refund back. As of yet it is not refunded but I was promised it would be taken care of immediately. Once I receive my refund I will do another post. Again, I have been reassured the matter is being taken care of.”

“After speaking with your complany representative to resolve problems, I thought trust was restored in your company, but now nothing has been done to address the problems with the ticket I bought. Is anyone going to follow up?”

“I was told after I reserved flights at one price that the price had changed and I would have to pay about $200 more. However, the website showed the cheaper fare was available. After quite a few calls and my insistence that I be refunded, I will be. It was a frustrating experience since it took a lot of time to get resolved. I wasn’t very happy. The one positive thing was that I was always able to get through to Cheap Flights quickly. I did appreciate that.”

“Most of the process was fine. However, some how on your end you made up completely random email addresses for us and we never received confirmation emails from the airline because of your error. I further contacted your customer service about how to add Luggage to my flights that I just booked the day before and I was told by your representative that I can only book my luggage with FrenchBee Airline at the airport. Which was wrong information and would have cost me twice the cost by doing that. So might first experience with cheap flights fares was less than acceptable.”

“I am frustrated. I booked going to Miami and realized I needed to book to Tampa. I went to America Airlines using the confirmation number and changed from Miami to Tampa. Today you send me. Confirmation to Miami. I called your support line. They assured me the plan is Tampa and thirteen minutes later I got an email saying Miami still. I don’t want charged for 2”

“Please be sure that your website and email make clear that the 24 hour window to cancel with a full refund does not apply to departures less than a week away. This was not in the information and therefore cost me additional money.”

“Got a pretty good deal but would have preferred far more transparency up front about baggage and seat selection fees. 'Economy' used to mean you didn't have to pay extra for those basic amenities.”
