Here's what happened on my departing flight from BWI. I got to the Spirit area for check-in an hour before my flight. WOW, what a mob of people, 100 maybe 200 people. There wasn't any organization at all, no defined lines except directly in front of the counters or badly identified lines making it difficult to know which line to get in and no one to ask. After choosing a line I got to the counter, only to be told I didn't need to be in line at all and was sent to the kiosk's. After taking a few minutes to figure out what I was doing and going through the kiosk process, it printed out a piece of paper saying I was too late to check in using the kiosk and needed to see an agent at the counter. With the same mob of people trying to get to an agent at a counter and now an agent out among the people trying to direct people to the appropriate line and get the process more organized I still had no idea which line to proceed to. I asked the agent who was trying to organize this total mess and the agent said it was too late for me to get my flight and where I needed to go to rebook. I went and proceeded through that line to an agent and thought ok, not my fault rebook and get another flight. After talking with the agent to rebook my flight, I was told there was a $99 dollar charge to do so. I explained the whole scenario not getting anywhere. I was told customer service was the only way to get the rebooking fee waived. After calling and speaking to customer service, they said no one could waive that fee, I said no one. The agent at the counter said you could. With no way to waive the fee after being told, I could do so I eventually had to pay $99 more than expected for my flight as well as arriving at my destination 17 and a half hours after originally planned. That also affected my budget for the trip. With all this being said I feel I was overcharged the $99 for the fault of the airline check-in process being undefined and very unorganized. I feel I should have been refunded $99 for all of the inconvenience I was put through. I also feel that it is not worth the lower cost of airfare to fly Spirit because of the aggravation that is necessary to get the lower cost. Just pay a little more for a smoother process etc.

Cheap Flights, not being the actual airline, is limited in the service they can provide when there is an update needed to your booking. In my opinion, their customer experience could use some work as communication in the process is lacking, but the people who have been in touch are working to resolve my needs.

After giving a horrible review I was contacted by an agent from Cheap Flights. He has agreed to do what is right and refund me the money for the seats that were not booked, provided I update my review. It was nice to see that the company genuinely cared about what happened as is willing to correct it.

cheap tickets if your ok flying limited or add ons. customer service is nice when they respond. but policy math around changing flighs is twisted. 86 dollar ticket. new dates 86 dollar tickets. so understandably they charge a change fee and the price difference between tickets. the price difference for the above tickets was 90.80

The price was good, but the actual service is a little shady. 1st the price didn't include any bags. Not even carry on. I was ok with this as it might be a Spirit airline thing. But what I found shady was that they offered a $19 fee to be able to cancel your trip. The round trip was $130 + $19 and carry-on luggage was $144 both ways. For some reason the booking went through departing the correct day I selected, but not the exact day of return. When I called to fix this, they wanted to charge an extra $68 dollars. Saying the flight the previous day was more expensive. I checked spirit airlines and this was not true.(shady) then when I just asked to cancel since I had paid the $19, they said they would return the $130 but would keep the $144 for the carry on luggage for a flight I wasn't even taking. Very shady in my opinion. How is that even legal?

Great experience until 24 hours after I made a purchase with Cheap Flights. I got 4 emails the next night, enough spamming my inbox please. I don't want to unsubscribe cause I might need notification on any changes, wth people, now I'm writing this review and giving you 3 stars because of it.

Trying to get the monthly installments Was rejected which it difficult to travel in an emergency situation. Had to pay the full amount if I couldn’t i would of not been able to get the great price it would of been double and lost a customer

It was easy to use however the amount was in USD which I did not realized until after the purchase. That made me uspset that it was in USD instead of CAD.

I had to pay hundred some extra dollars because within 24 hour time had change flight. I feel that wrong. Says 24 hour grace period. My son is sick and don't know if he's gonna make it much longer and I need fly out to him. And 660 bucks crazy . Hardship to say least

It’s may not the cheapest but a friend recommended it. The last time I purchased airline tickets, there was no such thing as on line booking. So I just chose the airport and destination and dates I needed and the time I wanted. I chose an airline carrier and bought tickets. I didnt have time to fiddle with seeing if I could find something cheaper.

I had a flight scheduled for 8/27 return flight home from Salt Lake City UT. We have come down with very bad stomach flu and in hospital . Therefore we can not fly out on 8/17. We canceled flights with United, Priceline rental car and hotel in Spokane WA with excellent ease and were told to get better soon. I called to cancel this reservation and We had the worst Service from Rob Schmidt #600109. He even laughed at my husband on the phone which pushed him over the edge. Not only coul we barely understand him, dealing severe nausea he was not helpful. I will never use this company again. I even paid for refundable flights.
