After speaking with your complany representative to resolve problems, I thought trust was restored in your company, but now nothing has been done to address the problems with the ticket I bought. Is anyone going to follow up?

I was told after I reserved flights at one price that the price had changed and I would have to pay about $200 more. However, the website showed the cheaper fare was available. After quite a few calls and my insistence that I be refunded, I will be. It was a frustrating experience since it took a lot of time to get resolved. I wasn’t very happy. The one positive thing was that I was always able to get through to Cheap Flights quickly. I did appreciate that.

I am assuming becasue it is the 4th of July week the ticket prices are so high. I am flying for a funeral and back home. This frustrates me and then I had to pay for my seats.

Most of the process was fine. However, some how on your end you made up completely random email addresses for us and we never received confirmation emails from the airline because of your error. I further contacted your customer service about how to add Luggage to my flights that I just booked the day before and I was told by your representative that I can only book my luggage with FrenchBee Airline at the airport. Which was wrong information and would have cost me twice the cost by doing that. So might first experience with cheap flights fares was less than acceptable.

I am frustrated. I booked going to Miami and realized I needed to book to Tampa. I went to America Airlines using the confirmation number and changed from Miami to Tampa. Today you send me. Confirmation to Miami. I called your support line. They assured me the plan is Tampa and thirteen minutes later I got an email saying Miami still. I don’t want charged for 2

Please be sure that your website and email make clear that the 24 hour window to cancel with a full refund does not apply to departures less than a week away. This was not in the information and therefore cost me additional money.

Got a pretty good deal but would have preferred far more transparency up front about baggage and seat selection fees. 'Economy' used to mean you didn't have to pay extra for those basic amenities.

Very disappointed. Booked a Canadian flight from Abbotsford Bc to Brandon Manitoba. Never saw us funds until after it had been booked. Why why why???after talking to agent she said she would give me a credit for $100 for future trip. That helped

The app did not show me to pick my seat nor adjust my luggage needs. Somehow you need to allow that to happen before final payment. Thank you.

You say you have free cancellation within 24 hours, but then in the small print you advise there is a fee. That’s not FREE! **Update** After speaking with representatives from the company I have been advised the charges are from the airlines. The company and I have reached a resolution to my issue and will be making it more clear on their website in regards to the issue.

Flight was very inexpensive, but 30 minutes after booking, a representative called to let me know that the fare for my flight for the airline I had selected had increased after I had already booked at the rate listed on the Cheapflightfares site. The price that I was quoted was twice the rate I booked at. Ultimately they let me remain booked at the rate originally posted, but only after I protested. Rates should remain as advertised at the time of booking. Using that sort of bait-and-switch advertising is highly unethical.

Booked my flight through this site and after getting confirmation that my flight was confirmed the next day got an email that the flight was cancelled. After calling them they said yes the flight was canceled and they would need to put me on a different airline, this was approximately $400 more and at a different airport. After agreeing to this because I needed to fly on those dates I thought about it and called the other airline directly and they said that flight was never canceled. Called them back and did manage to get a full refund and booked the original flight directly from the airline.

I booked a flight with French Bee thru your Ute only because I’d be able to upgrade and that wasn’t possible. Now, I wouldn’t complain about this booking if I hadn’t found Air France fare, including carry on at the same price as French Bee’s flight plus carry on purchases. This is a great disadvantage to me now because French Bees planes pack you into 16 inch seat with a bunch more people compared to Air France’s. You can understand my frustration to learn your supposedly cheap prices have no real value at all.

Online booking was good but you changed my chosen flight after I paid and received the confirmation email. The departure time change is very inconvenient, causing massive disruptions in my day's schedule and subsequent difficulty in getting to the airport. Your representative who I spoke with tried to be very helpful but the damage was already done. Its sad that my first experience with your company has been disappointing.

Deceptive. I had one checked bag but inadvertinely checked auto check in to bypass counter. Since I have a checked bag I have to go to the counter anyway. Called and asked for that charge to be removed. I was told the fee could not be refunded. I said I was not happy with them and hung up. I was quickly called back and told the charge would be removed. I checked the new bill and the charge was simply renamed but remained. I consider that deceptive. I called back and was rudely informed that I will have to wait for the refund. I received 6 emails and another phone call asking me to post a more favorable review. The charge was eventually refunded. But why was I billed instantly but it took 2 weeks to be refunded?
