You say you have free cancellation within 24 hours, but then in the small print you advise there is a fee. That’s not FREE!
**Update**
After speaking with representatives from the company I have been advised the charges are from the airlines. The company and I have reached a resolution to my issue and will be making it more clear on their website in regards to the issue.
