I got a rather good fare but the booking experience was offputting. I booked online and thought I was good to go, the email said my flight was confirmed. Then 10 minutes later I got a call from a caller who said that I was not confirmed and that I had to give him information so that he could rebook my flight. I expressed my misgivings and he talked over my questions. I asked for quiet, repeatedly, and he kept stopping and refused to listen to me. So I hung up and tried calling the contact number. I got through, talked to someone, he said he was going to get some more information and then he hung up on me. I called again, got someone who said that I was taken care of and the phone rang while we were talking. I hung up after talking to that person and the voice message said that I did not have a confirmed flight, despite what the previous person had said. Then I called again and the next person said I did in fact have a flight. That was strange.

The price of the flight was great. But then came the charges if you wanted an assigned seat; $ 220.00 per seat in THE BACK OF THE PLANE! I’ve never heard of anything so crazy and ridiculous. We’re flying on the same airline to Europe and the seat charge was $35.00.

I booked a flight for one price and then they called to tell me the price changed. And then I booked a car from rental from you guys and that price changed I don’t understand why everything changed and why it took so long to book everything was not the very happiest.

After I finished booking they called me few hours later to let me know the fare I booked is no longer available and I have to pay more. Which never happened to me with other travel apps.

The rate was great. Flight confirmation information needs to be easier to distinguished was you get the e-ticket. Then information on the next steps. 1. Go to airlines website. 2. Use your confirmation number to pick your seats. Etc ... Also, your only chat is awful. Used it twice. After you tell them what you need, neither acknowledged that they were looking into it. So each time I waited a few minutes, then asked if they were still there. Popping in on the chat to reassure that they are still connected is helpful

Didn’t like it b because you call me 30 hours later to cancel my ticket . After 25 m of a big arguing, they offer to help me . Finally they gave me a longer flight with the same price

It would be better if a scanable bar code or QR code was sent in the email rather than an E-ticket so you could go right to the gate

Well, first off, I was mislead about a flight I booked to Denver. Price was very good when they quoted it. By the time I got it all booked, I ended up paying a lot more then the original price. Otherwise the website is easy to work with.

I was un happy that in 24hrs my flight went up and when asking to slow down and explain to me. I just kept hearing, I will confirm now. I did not feel I was listened too, and price difference 24hrs later was disheartening

It was not clear to show that currency if it US or Canadian since I’m in Canada thought the amount is in Canadian. It’s too late now I wish if I knew.

The fare price is a good deal. But received several emails since then, from cheap flights, soliciting, travel insurance, and or return flight discounts but I only need a one-way since it’s a cruise. I’m coming back to the states on.

This was my first time using this sight. I thought it was a little confusing. As my first time, I felt it took some time to get the confirmation that I do have a flight on Spirit. I was beginning to think I got ripped off.

The fares are confusing. I thought I paid extra to cancel, check and carry on bags and choose my seat. The next day I get an email from spirit asking me to choose my seat and pay for bags again. I have to call Spirit to clarify and I may cancel the reservation. I can get the same thing on any one if three airlines I get mikes with for the same money and no confusion.

It was frustrating to have seats/flights available to choose from on your website, only to find out after purchasing that the seats were NOT actually available! I spent 1.5hrs on the phone with Ryan trying to come up with alternatives that would not only fit my budget but also the dates I needed to fly. I would have preferred to have done all this on my own in front of my own computer as I am a visual learner and listening to someone give lots of different options over the phone was overwhelming. Ryan was AWESOME and made sure that I understood all the details - from the currency I was paying in, that my children would be sat with me, how much baggage I was allowed on each leg of the journey. Your website needs to reflect real time availability or I might as well book directly through the airline....BUT your customer service was great!
