It was frustrating to have seats/flights available to choose from on your website, only to find out after purchasing that the seats were NOT actually available! I spent 1.5hrs on the phone with Ryan trying to come up with alternatives that would not only fit my budget but also the dates I needed to fly. I would have preferred to have done all this on my own in front of my own computer as I am a visual learner and listening to someone give lots of different options over the phone was overwhelming. Ryan was AWESOME and made sure that I understood all the details - from the currency I was paying in, that my children would be sat with me, how much baggage I was allowed on each leg of the journey. Your website needs to reflect real time availability or I might as well book directly through the airline....BUT your customer service was great!

Did not see a place to request carry on or the cost. May have missed when purchasing tickets but only saw an option for a checked bag. Called Frontier and not able to talk with a customer service representative, only online chat. Asked the question for coat and option for a carry on bag. Received the size and weight but no cost which makes me assume it is no charge. When holding for a live chat rep, the chat lost connection twice in over a half hour time frame, still no rep. Will deal with this at the airport, but will no be happy if there is surprises and excessive fees.

When I booked, to my shock, the final bill was $123 more than I expected. This was because I was being billed for luggage when I clearly opted for "no luggage" on the flight. The guy from cust. service seemed confused by my request, then we were just cut off. Pretty frustrating!

As a right now a little bit disappointed because at the time that I bought my tickets with cheap flights I paid for check in baggage both ways and when I called the airline only one way was paid by cheap flights, I called cheap flights and they said that the mistake was made by the airline and they will reimburse one check in baggage money which is $70 in 2 to 3 weeks I have my doubts that that's going to happen it should it be reimburse as sap,

Charged $20 more /person because the sales rep told me the price had increased once I was done talking to her I went on Website and found out they hadn’t… guess she needed lunch money … was not impressed !

It is not clearly written about cancelling and changing flights and refunds and fees. I have talked to management who is correcting the issue and issue me a few refunds due to policies not being followed on my flight.

I received a purchase confirmation but then they tried to increase the price. Fortunately, I was able to get them to agree to honor their original price. Not sure I will do business with them again.

The price was perfect for my travel needs, however, Spirit Airlines delayed my flight twice. I really wished that you guys could have given me more assistance as it relates to placing me on a different flight. I was truly inconvenienced. However, your updates and messages were all sent in a timely manner.

Although the flight is cheap, that's about as far as it goes. I realize all the airlines are nickel and diming people to death with fees for everything. I despise that tactic. A person can't even pick a seat each way without it costing. Being disabled, I pretty much have to pay for the ability to sit in a spot that will provide what little comfort I'll have during a flight. Before you know it, that cheap flight can double or triple in price. I refuse to pay the high price of carry-on or checked luggage. I could literally ship my things in advance of my arrival and it cost less each way. Next, they'll be charging people for using the bathroom. Since you do what every other place does, average is the only way I can describe the review.

The interface and booking process were both fine enough, but the actual amount we were charged for tickets once the order processed was different (higher!) than the amount in our confirmation email.

Hours after purchasing my ticket, I got a call from cheap flights saying my price actually went up? That somehow 8 people booked tickets simultaneously and my rate disappeared yet I was able to book it. Sounds unprofessional and sketchy to me
