It is not clearly written about cancelling and changing flights and refunds and fees. I have talked to management who is correcting the issue and issue me a few refunds due to policies not being followed on my flight.

I received a purchase confirmation but then they tried to increase the price. Fortunately, I was able to get them to agree to honor their original price. Not sure I will do business with them again.

The price was perfect for my travel needs, however, Spirit Airlines delayed my flight twice. I really wished that you guys could have given me more assistance as it relates to placing me on a different flight. I was truly inconvenienced. However, your updates and messages were all sent in a timely manner.

Although the flight is cheap, that's about as far as it goes. I realize all the airlines are nickel and diming people to death with fees for everything. I despise that tactic. A person can't even pick a seat each way without it costing. Being disabled, I pretty much have to pay for the ability to sit in a spot that will provide what little comfort I'll have during a flight. Before you know it, that cheap flight can double or triple in price. I refuse to pay the high price of carry-on or checked luggage. I could literally ship my things in advance of my arrival and it cost less each way. Next, they'll be charging people for using the bathroom. Since you do what every other place does, average is the only way I can describe the review.

The interface and booking process were both fine enough, but the actual amount we were charged for tickets once the order processed was different (higher!) than the amount in our confirmation email.

Hours after purchasing my ticket, I got a call from cheap flights saying my price actually went up? That somehow 8 people booked tickets simultaneously and my rate disappeared yet I was able to book it. Sounds unprofessional and sketchy to me

How wrong I was! As it turns out booking.com has been genuine and fair with my concerns They gave it an honest shot. Saw me thru to the top.They are polite and always call back. Marcel was the best!! He was a great help. Very professional and patient. I found I was mistaken about this company. I found this company actually cares about their customers.

Here's what happened on my departing flight from BWI. I got to the Spirit area for check-in an hour before my flight. WOW, what a mob of people, 100 maybe 200 people. There wasn't any organization at all, no defined lines except directly in front of the counters or badly identified lines making it difficult to know which line to get in and no one to ask. After choosing a line I got to the counter, only to be told I didn't need to be in line at all and was sent to the kiosk's. After taking a few minutes to figure out what I was doing and going through the kiosk process, it printed out a piece of paper saying I was too late to check in using the kiosk and needed to see an agent at the counter. With the same mob of people trying to get to an agent at a counter and now an agent out among the people trying to direct people to the appropriate line and get the process more organized I still had no idea which line to proceed to. I asked the agent who was trying to organize this total mess and the agent said it was too late for me to get my flight and where I needed to go to rebook. I went and proceeded through that line to an agent and thought ok, not my fault rebook and get another flight. After talking with the agent to rebook my flight, I was told there was a $99 dollar charge to do so. I explained the whole scenario not getting anywhere. I was told customer service was the only way to get the rebooking fee waived. After calling and speaking to customer service, they said no one could waive that fee, I said no one. The agent at the counter said you could. With no way to waive the fee after being told, I could do so I eventually had to pay $99 more than expected for my flight as well as arriving at my destination 17 and a half hours after originally planned. That also affected my budget for the trip. With all this being said I feel I was overcharged the $99 for the fault of the airline check-in process being undefined and very unorganized. I feel I should have been refunded $99 for all of the inconvenience I was put through. I also feel that it is not worth the lower cost of airfare to fly Spirit because of the aggravation that is necessary to get the lower cost. Just pay a little more for a smoother process etc.

Cheap Flights, not being the actual airline, is limited in the service they can provide when there is an update needed to your booking. In my opinion, their customer experience could use some work as communication in the process is lacking, but the people who have been in touch are working to resolve my needs.

After giving a horrible review I was contacted by an agent from Cheap Flights. He has agreed to do what is right and refund me the money for the seats that were not booked, provided I update my review. It was nice to see that the company genuinely cared about what happened as is willing to correct it.

cheap tickets if your ok flying limited or add ons. customer service is nice when they respond. but policy math around changing flighs is twisted. 86 dollar ticket. new dates 86 dollar tickets. so understandably they charge a change fee and the price difference between tickets. the price difference for the above tickets was 90.80
