“Hello I have had the worst experience with cheapflightsfares.com. I bought a ticket and the insurance and my work changed my schedule on me so I had to buy another ticket from cheap flightfares.com and then I called to get a refund on the first ticket and the customer service agent was very rude to me and it was a Arabic man and he was getting smart with me and I couldn’t believe how Rude was so I told him I wanted to cancel the other flight. I want nothing to do with this company. So I called my bank to cancel the transactions and they said they have to post first then I canceled those transactions and I was still charged for those. I have requested a refund for my second flight from cheap flightfares.com and was told by archer that the decision was in my favor to receive the refund, however, he sends other emails saying they can’t give me the refund. This company is horrible. They don’t stick to their word. And I have not received my refund yet even though I promised it through email this company owes me $900 and an apology for the way I was treated because I’m white.”

“I purchased a flight on United for $439 direct flight from John Wayne airport to Newark. Then about an hour later I received an ALERT to call Cheap Flight Fares. I was told I had to pay an extra $79 to guarantee seat on that flight when I already purchased my seat. Otherwise I would have to go stand by. I never heard such a thing. I’m tired of these large companies taking advantage of the American people so they can make more money. Then I had to pay another $100 because my luggage was over weight. I was charged for 3 bags not 2. It’s a disgrace!!!!!”

“It was a disappointment buying our tickets through Cheapflights. We bought them because the airline's website (5 minutes before purchase) showed the tickets were $100 more expensive. Immediately after the purchase, they called us to say we had to pay them an additional $100 because they hadn't updated the price. I will never use them again.”

“I have never received worse service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I booked a flight, didn't receive a ticket. I then called customer service. I mentioned, that I needed to get home, as a close family member was gravely ill. I was then told, that the ticket price suddenly increased, as it was now a last-minute flight. I had to accept this, as I was desperate for at ticket. I did not receive a ticket within the promised hour, so I called the 24-hour "service" twice. First time I was answered politely, second time not so much. I was promised the ticket would be handled in 20 mins. 15 hours later I still didn't receive word from CheapFlightsFares, so I had to get another ticket from another airline. 4 hours before intended departure, my ticket from CheapFlightsFares hits my inbox, which is of absolutely no use to me, as I was airborne making my way home, and so unable to use my 24 hour cancellation right. I find it impossible to get to the airport in due time with a 4 hour notice, as I need to be there minimum 2-3 hours before on international flights. I give one star, because I cannot give less.”

“I will not use this services ever again. There was a “system issue” with my booking and it took multiple call to address. I requested the service rep to make this right given the amount of trip but nothing was done. Extremely disappointed in this 3rd party processor.”

“I purchased a “refundable” ticket. Within 24 hours of booking my plans changed and I requested a refund. I was offered a refund “less $300 because I couldn’t get the extra payment to make the ticket refundable repaid. Maybe I am just naive but to me a “refundable ticket” meant the whole thing is refundable as it would be on any major airline website. Not surprisingly, I am therefore disappointed in this outcome”

“No communication what so ever. I booked a flight for next day travel and immediately got a confirmation email. The email said I would receive my tickets within 2-24 hours. 24 hours later, nothing! I call Cheap Flights Fares and they are like “oh yeah, we aren’t giving you tickets because the price we had on our website was a discounted rate and we don’t want to sell you that price anymore. You have to pay us more money if you want to travel!” Why was this never communicated? Why did I have to be the one to pay for a mistake the company made?”
