“Twenty eight texts, twenty eight WhatsApp messages, 32 emails with gate change notifications when the original terminal and gate never changed. No ability to add additional baggage to reservation. Seat map doesn’t work. No airline recognized confirmation number. Never again.”

“The worst. My last flight of three was canceled and Cheap Flights Fares did not give me notification, even though I later found out from the airlines the flight was canceled the night before of departure. I got stuck paying for a hotel and had I known ahead of time, I could have made other arrangements.”

“Advertising a fare of $2218 and then not delivering it 2 days later and asking me to accept an increased fare of $2444 AND a much longer travel time and 5hr layover doesn't bide well for this company and I'll not recommend it to anyone.”

“I felt really scammed in a way. I did get decent tickets in the end, but the confirmation of my tickets and then having them withdrawn and having to pay more for less-desirable tickets was a huge turnoff. Then I got a notice the next day that the times I preferred were cheaper and when I called to have them changed they simply told me that was old even though the email was 2 minutes old. It's apparent that it's a bait and switch game with your company.”

“SCAMMERS!!! I purchased tickets and they came back the next day saying the price went up! Over a period of an hour and a half I was told they went up $300, then that the flight was sold out, then up $500. I put up a fight since the price was still the same on five different sites. Total scammers!!!”

“I will never book a flight with you guys again customer service was poor. I had a flight book and they canceled my flight stating that I had insufficient fund in my account come to find out they changed the price of the flight and then telling me after I booked the flight spoke to a manager and the manager basically told me that that flight is no longer going out they had a flight for a different day. That’s why the price change I would never ever use this company again to book a flight.”

“I will not use this service again. After locking into a price and submitting my credit card information, I was under the impression I had purchased my tickets. I later received an “urgent” message to call back because apparently the reservation price is based on airline availability, which is not checked in advance. I was given a more expensive option and pressured into making an immediate decision without being able to investigate other options. There may be small print alerting of this procedure, but it is not openly apparent, and is not transparent business practice.”

“They trick you with a cheap price for a seat but literally nothing else. No bags, they change the flight times randomly and then email you everyday.”
