I was so disappointed in how this company did business. After charging my credit card they email me that they cannot do the tickets for that price. It would take three or four billing cycles to refund our money. We were in an emergency situation. They took advantage of that. We had no choice but to spend the extra 400.00 dollars.

I received a text several hours after booking the flights with Cheapflightsfares saying the price was not available and they'd have to add $48 to each flight. I could have purchased the tickets cheaper directly from the airline. I felt cheated and not likely to use the service again.

very rude & said you couldn’t get a refund & you def can within first 24hrs! they tried so hard to make me think i couldn’t get one lol just go into your actual flight app & cancel!

prices changed after we didn’t answer in two hours, and because of that wanted to quit the process, but it was not possible, we payed USD300 more then anticipated

They call themselves a travel agency, but let me tell you, their idea of "travel" involves a one-way ticket to chaos and disappointment. My recent experience with them was a nightmare from the moment I clicked "book." A Funeral Turned Fiasco: Planning a trip for a loved one's funeral is stressful enough. But these "professionals" decided to add their own special brand of misery to the mix. Apparently, booking a simple flight is beyond their capabilities. A few days before my departure, I received a gut punch: my ticket was CANCELED due to their own error. Exorbitant Apologies: Their "solution"? Rebooking on a flight twice as expensive! As if the emotional stress of a funeral wasn't enough, they wanted me to foot the bill for their incompetence. Their excuse? "It was a mistake." Gee, thanks for clarifying. My mistake was trusting you with my travel plans. Customer Service? More Like Customer Catastrophe: The calls to their "customer service" department were an exercise in futility. Rude agents, robotic apologies, and zero willingness to help. It felt like I was dealing with a team of travel-hating robots, programmed to inflict misery. The List Goes On (and On): This is just the tip of the iceberg. From hidden fees to misleading information, their entire operation reeks of shadiness. They're the kind of agency that thrives on exploiting travelers, not creating memorable experiences. Do Yourself a Favor: Unless you enjoy stress-induced heart palpitations and a healthy dose of buyer's remorse, avoid this agency like the plague. There are countless reputable travel companies out there. Don't let these blundering buffoons ruin your trip. Final Verdict: 0 out of 5 stars. This agency deserves a black hole, not a star rating. Choose literally anyone else. Your sanity (and wallet) will thank you.

Claimed I could cancel within 24 hours with no charges, then tried to charge us for the cancellation made within 24 hours! Very misleading marketing.

All of this happened in 15 minutes. First time I tried to buy plane tickets they were $2k for 6. Then I go to checkout and they somehow jumped to $2.4k. It made no sense. I tried to book those then it jumped to $2.7k. Customer service called me and was not very helpful in helping me answer why my ticket prices were jumping in the 15 minutes I used their website. I was contacted later by customer service to be informed the original flight I had was moved and I would have to take a 2 hour longer flight that costed me $100 more per ticket. I would say this was pretty poor service. Plane tickets listed for $330 and by the end of the night, after I paid, they were $450+. I understand customer and employee relationships so I had zero reason to be rude or negative towards the customer service employee since they have no say in the matter. However, I felt the customer service employee being rude to me for asking these questions. I’m a realist, but just thought this was poor service over all.

Booked a flight from Dusseldorf to Charlotte via London . Landed in London City where already a Uber waited ( I organized upfront) to take me straight to Heathrow .. I made it on the plane - last second -- other than.. change of airports .. no further message on emails / tickets etc. I also wasn't able to book any seats etc .. im a lil stressed but ok .. my parents wouldn't have made it . Never again!

I made a reservation and then they told me that the airline I booked with was not flying that day. Then they booked me with another airline for $1000 more. I called to cancel because I was not happy and convinced and then they gave me a discount. Then they called me to tell me they could not get confirmation with the new airline. Then I got an email that I had been rebooked with the original airline but at $1000 more. I called and they said the additional charge would not be charged to me. But why did I end up with the original airline that supposedly wasn’t flying that day. I hope to not get more unpleasant surprises.

First and last time doing business with Cheap Flights Fares. Booked tickets and received confirmation via email. Hours later, I receive a call telling me I didn't actually book the flight because all the seats at that price were sold. After being charged an additional &76 dollars I magiacally received a booking for the exact same flight. I sincerely hope this is not the treatment everyone receives from this company.

Booked a last minute flight and was told ticket would arrive in a few minutes or in "rare" cases 1 to 2 hrs. After an hour and a half with no tickets I went on live char to inquire. When the agent returned he said that Flair told them the booking was cancelled because it was a fraud booking. I checked with my credit card company and they hadn't blocked anything so having no idea why Flair cancelled the booking I scrapped my plans to fly. Then 4 hours later I get a text to say my ticket had been issued. I then called to find out what was going on because I had now cancelled my other arrangements and got a very rude agent that just kept saying I couldnt cancel this late. Couldnt get it through his head that I didnt cancel it and that Flair had. He wanted proof that I had been told that which I didnt have since live chat boxes are gone once the convo is over. I do have proof of when the flight was booked and how long they actually took to issue a ticket. He tried to say they didnt have a record of the chat. I called my credit card company who said to file a dispute as service not recieved. NEVER use Flair or Cheap Flightsfares Scammers
