“I booked my flight for one price, they called me to tell me that the flight is booked was not available and asked if I would switch my flight days. I said no and they were able to book the flight for me, but it was $150 more expensive because apparently I had booked a standby flight before. He was able to find a voucher to bring the cost down $30. Then when I said that wouldn't work, he got it down to $60 more than what I originally booked for. Still seems sketchy to me, but I got the email from american airlines with my tickets, so I guess it is fine. Definitely won't use them again. Update: They called me regarding my 2-star review and offered to resolve my concerns by getting me a discount for a checked bag and a $35 voucher for a future flight through their company. They then asked me to change my review and when I said that I would consider it, they became pushy and stated that communications with the airline about my flight would be impacted by my review. When I expressed concern that it seemed my ability to keep my flight was being threatened if i didnt change my review, they gave the example that the airline could change my flight details and they wouldn't have a way of know because of my review. I never asked for the price to be further lowered, I never asked for any other sort of compensation, just stated that I would think about changing my review before I did so.”

“Fiest of all not cheap but a rip off it was cheaper on spirit airlines website and then I needed to call since my ticket was not issued because they try to lie that my chosen flight had no seats never again Expensive flights fare”

“I had booked online with the price quoted and was notified that the rate for the fare had increased, offering a price then to come back and change it doesn't make me feel like doing business with Cheapflightsfares in the future.”

“Unbelievably, after I posted a negative two star review, I got a phone call from a representative of this travel agency. He informed me that the company would not issue my promised refund unless I revised my review to at least 4 stars. Blackmail! I did. My refund has come through. The truth is that this is a very shady company. Most of their reviews are negative but even the few positive ones may have been coerced. Avoid at all costs!”

“Terrible, porque al día siguiente de comprar el vuelo, tuve que YO LLAMAR a USA a preguntar que pasó, y me dijeron "Ay, los pasajes ya subieron". Tuve que discutir con el personal porque me querían subir muchísimo del valor que ya había reservado ese mismo día. Terrible esa estafa al consumidor, nunca más volveré a comprar con ustedes. No son claros.”

“I bought tickets on this service, the site gave an error about the purchase and the money was not debited from the card, so I had to buy tickets on another service, as it turned out later the tickets were still issued and the money was debited from the card after payment on another service, and it turns out because of the error of this service I bought two tickets that are non-refundable and lost money! I will never use your services again”

“This has been the worse experience using a company. I travel often and usually find great deals. The way you send flight information is not very helpful. I bought my brother’s ticket using Travelocity , we had no issues at all. With using Cheep Flights Fares and paying your check in fee I was not checked in, almost missed my flight. Then I added a rental car. Your agent went through Priceline and rented me a car then changed me double. If he hadn’t been so sloppy and sent the confirmation I would have never known that I was being gouged. When I tried to complain to agent was extremely rude. I get to the rental car establishment and they didn’t use my credit card that I used to purchase the flight and car. So I get stranded in Chicago. I call back to your company and he is telling me it’s my fault with my prepaid card, which is not, it was just a new company. I will be fighting for a refund for the car that I could not get. I will also tell everyone I can about this experience.”

“I searched for and purchased a ticket from Vancouver to Toronto. Or, at least, that's what I thought I was doing. Instead, I was booked on a flight to Waterloo. When I called to try and get it resolved, I was told that it was "[my] fault", "I should've known by the airport code", and then they hung up on me. I found the customer support lacking, insulting, and downright rude. They recognized that my email said "Toronto" but booked to "Waterloo" and that they're not anywhere near each other, but refused to assist with my dilemma. In short, I'm never recommending this service.”

“The prices wasn’t the problem. The problem was that I picked to add a checked bag. When I got to the airport I was told it wasn’t there. Had to pay it the airline’s website and pay more. I wanted to pay in CAD but had to pay the American rate and exchange.”

“It seems very bad to me that after you buy a ticket with an itinerary that fits your needs, the agent calls to change it and you do not have the option to adjust to what you want, if one buys a ticket it is because you have seen many options and chooses the one that really fits the needs.”

“I Double Checked the dates and screen shot them... They changed from Dec. to Jan. when the tickets where issued. This is the second time I have booked tickets on this site and did the same thing last time. Had to call to correct the dates and cost an addtional $600.00 to get it fixed. Will not be using this site again. Something is fishy!!!”
