“Price was good but constantly bombarded by messages in multiple different ways after the purchase. Would not use again…”

“I booked the flight on the website, paid for the flight (almost €3000) and then didn't get a confirmation via email. I had to call. When I called they said there was a waitlist for that flight. I said I booked it and paid for it so that couldn't be possible. They went away and came back and said they could get me on the flight but it would cost €100/pp each. I already booked the flights and paid so I said that I wasn't going to pay more, considering I chose those flights based on the cost and could have booked with another company that wouldn't pull me around. I was 100% convinced at that moment that this company was a scam. They confirmed the flights were fine and then I didn't get an email confirmation so I called again and finally got it - but it was a link to the airline surrounded by ads in the email so even the confirmation email seemed sketchy. There were a lot of typos on the website as well that made it feel fake.”

“You confirmed our flights then the next day said it did not go through. We lost our original flight out and had to go later in the day. This was a work trip and you caused many delays and expenses not too mention your price went up almost $500. Disgusting”

“I accidentally purchased a ticket through this website. Immediately, I received a call stating that my flight would not be able to go through and had to be switched. I reluctantly agreed and was assured I would be able to change flights if need be. The next day I received TERRIBLE customer service from an agent — first he tried to route my return flight through an AWFUL itinerary (thousands of miles and extra hours out of the way) and with a terrible, condescending attitude. (He should definitely be fired.) Now I am waiting to have my return flight booked on a comparable flight. They claim my fare will be reserved; they were unwilling to issue a refund, but claim I will be able to fly home without paying too much extra… no guarantees, though, and nothing booked. Bottom line. I ACCIDENTALLY booked through this website, and I will never do it again. It was a huge, costly mistake. The manager was at least respectful, but the agent who was so unhelpful and disrespectful truly needs to be fired.”

“I contacted the number indicated in the email several times to cancel my reservation and the people didn't care and kept calling me and I was left like a ball from hand to hand and no one resolved anything. I was answered in English and Spanish and the attendants don't care about what you need, they don't care about you. The email says that I have the right to a refund if I cancel before the date and the attendant already told me that I don't have the right. This is not my fault, I bought a ticket with an early cancellation and refund policy. I think this is a huge disrespect for people's money. If an airline flies like this, poor passengers. Very disappointing, I won't be back but you can be sure.”

“I set up a flight on their website and paid. Received an urgent email to call back. Upon calling I was told my flight wasn't available. Was told I could upgrade to main cabin for several hundred more. I did move forward as I need the flight. After further review same day I found the flight was available at other competitors site and directly from American website. Called back well within 24 hours and was told I could get a refund minus several hundred dollars in fees. I also was told that the prices that I found much lower were not accurate and felt like the agent was saying I was lying. I was looking at American site and said he was also and he said I was wrong. Ended the call with him and called back in demanding a full refund. They eventually gave it to After this agent kept insisting I let him try. I kept saying no. I now have our flight scheduled through American and and almost 500.00 cheaper. Stay away from this company as they say one thing and do another. Happy today we are all set. I will always go directly to the airlines website first and stay away from 3rd party like this company.”

“Representative not at all friendly. Or may have been having a bad day. Very curt and short. I was contacted by a representative and any issues I had were resolved with an added benefit. Added note after flight::: NONE of the added benefits I was told I would receive were given. Just talk on their part so I would change my review.”

“I booked a flight from Budapest to Los Angeles a while ago and got a call from customer services rep saying that although there was a confirmation email sent, I should receive another email that it is on hold. That agent then told me that flight is full, offered to help. Then told me he found two seats and will be able to help with seat selection ( albeit the flight was full a moment ago) but with addtional $400 per booked ticket. As I refused, he then offered mt me different times, dates or airline options that I already told him I and not flexible on dates. Eventually I had to tell him to cancel the booking. These websites seems to be luring people into booking looking at cheaper options and then try to overcharge them. Totally unfair business practices really close to scamming people.”

“So terrible experience we booked the tickets online first they showed us a different price and after feeding all the passenger info coming to checkout they changed the price. On top of that when we reached on airport they charged us to check in 75$ per person. This is ridiculous I mean it’s their way of getting money because they know once the passenger is on airport poor passengers have no choice but to pay those rip offs.”

“Bad experience. So many hidden fees. Someone within cheap flight fares hacked my card and tried using it. Sun Country warm carded it. That in turn made it impossible to rent a hotel, car, etc. Only grossly overpriced plane tickets-non refundable. Save time and money and having to close accts. and reopen; go through a reputable source!”
