“Cheap flights sent my reservation with one confirmation code. When I checked the AA site to choose my seats they showed only the departing flight, which was a one way ticket for $248..00. The agent searched and found a separate reservation for the return flight. Cheap flights charged me 1200 for a 500 flight”

“Called Customer serivice and was advised that the flight was compltey sold out, and come to find out that it was half empty. I had told the personal on the phone that it was a last minute flight to attend a family funeral. So that you are forced to purchase the tickets at a crazy price, never again will I be using them.”

“Your webpage crashed during the ticket purchase portion of the transaction. I took pictures of the page that read “Web page cannot be derived”. I tried several times to refresh/recover the website. I gave up and went directly to the airline and purchased a ticket. Approximately 30 minutes later, I received an email alert that my credit card had been charged, and still did not receive any kind of reservation information from your company. At 32 mnutes after getting the failed website page, I received a confirmation email. Because your webpage showed an unrecoverable page with no evidence or email that the transaction had been completed successfully, I did not try again. When I finally received an email at “11:47 pm” from this company, I had already purchased a ticket directly from the airline. The next part was the worst part of the entire process. The customer service agent was like a robot. No common sense, not willing to listen to the reasoning, and refused to even listen to my issue. I had pictures of the failed webpage and the time stamped “11:47 pm” email. The lady I talked to simply said nothing more than “you purchased a non refundable ticket”. End of story. I asked to talk to a supervisor approximately 30 times before I was finally alllowed to get to the next level. She continuously interrupted me and told me that every supervisor that I could talk to would tell me the exact same answer. ALL LIES. It’s sad and pathetic that your employees are allowed to talk to customers in this manner with no repercussions. Just from the pain of the lies and the manipulation of the customer service agent’s rudeness, I should be given a monetary award to cover the losses that I had. - by the way,I finally talked to a supervisor over 30 minutes later, after I wouldn’t give in to the lies that I was told about the nonrefundable ticket. Once the supervisor (Dino) got on the line, he immediately listened to reason, put two + two together (which means…common sense prevails here), and listened to my issue. He moved forward with working the problem out, and actually worked behind the scenes and fixed the problem. The real problem now was that he cost me $50 more by getting the wrong ticket refunded. Bottom line, your website showed no signs that the transaction went through. The customer service agent was RUDE and unprofessional.”

“I wad really disappointed at the customer satisfaction I received from the team, I actually booked a flight to Mannisota and the confirmation was deliberately delayed till after tue following and afterwards I was told the fare has increased, with same time, same flight and I was even explaining to them that it was a fault from there side and the customer that attended to me, said that there's nothing he can do about it.... i was really disappointed”

“I very much felt like I was duped into buying the Spirit Airlines flight I purchased. Nowhere in the process did it say that I'd have to pay extra for bags until I'd paid. Also, for some reason, I was told I couldn't put insurance on the trip because I live in NY. Not a good experience.”

“Fares OK but they couldn't honor a confirmed flight. I cant use a system I cant trust. The Booking number was different from airline record locator so I had to wait in line close to an hour to check in with the airline desk even though I had no carry on luggage Never again!”

“You are a scam company switch and baiting throughout c the whole transaction!! Is my intention to report t this incident to the consumer advocacy better business beuro and the attorney general when I get back to Boston! I bought a ticket going from Swiss Air to Zurich .. After I booked the transaction, you immediately called me and changed my ticket from Lufthansa to Frankfort! You switched and baited me! Course the man assured me that that flight was not there. Well how did I buy it then? And then you booked me on this flight. I bought a ticket with all my baggage, one for check-in, one hand on and one carry-on! Your representative assured me that that would be the case so I let it be. Then I saw returning flights coming from JFK back to Athens in my itinerary. Then I called back. The first person was rude. I couldn't understand. Him told me to call back. The second person told me I got a cheap flight and that baggage wasn't included. Then when I complained he told me that the baggage was included and then I went through the check-in. I saw it that the baggage was included and then I get to the airport and I had to pay for the baggage. You switch invaded me throughout the whole process and I can't believe you're in business. I will make sure that you don't do this to anyone else again... I wanted to fly so it's here. You put me on lufanza now I don't even know if I'm going to get my connecting flight because the flights are delayed. It's been just the overall bad experience. You know how to cheap flight service. You're a cheap company with poor representatives and you don't know how to handle your customer. This isn't over. I will make sure I complain to every American agency against you and I will leave such bad reviews for you on Google and tell people to watch out for you. This isn't over by any means. How dare you what you did to me switch and bait tactics.. Your refund my purchase and then recharge me after assuring me I get a bag to make sure I get no bag and different flights that I actually booked. You should be penalized for this and I will make sure agencies know.. And if we still have l rights in America, I will pursue those rights. How dare you what you did to me. You're a scam company and I'm lucky I even have a ticket”
