“Muy mal servicio pagué mis tickets luego me llamaban para pedir la información de mi banco para poder aumentarme el precio de mis tickets y luego salieron diciendo que te tenía que pagar impuestos el caso es que no te repetan el precio que agarras en online luego con metiras te incrementan los precios terminé pagando 65 dólares más porque les pelie ya que ascendía a casi 400 dólares que me querían cobrar de más”

“My flight was cancelled, no texts or emails saying this. I drove all the way to the airport, paid long term parking, just to find my flight cancelled. I had to call cheapflightsfares yo ask about my rescheduled flight, which I was supposed to receive an email stating yhe flight time, etc. Nothing. No information about my flight was sent!!!!! I will never deal with Cheapflights again!!!!! I guess they are cheap, they take your money and disappear!!!!!”

“I was given the wrong price online. I bought through cheap flights because theirs tickets were cheapest. But they were more expensive by far and a huge headache. I got a call from cheap flights after I booked online. Customer service called saying that I had to change where I was getting off my plane. They tried to make me go to a different airport, hours from where I wanted to go. When I refused to switch airports, they charged me over 200$ more than I was originally quoted on their website. Then, if that wasn't bad enough, I paid 50$ per checked bag online but got charged 70$ per checked bag. I will never use them again”

“I purchased a ticket from CFF and within the hour I had to cancel the flight. I only received a partial payment. I had to pay the taxes on the ticket and for the seats that came to over $250! What a rip off! I should have received the whole amount back!”

“It took me more than 10 hours to get e-tickets. Very slow and inconvenient. Moreover, my first name&last name in the ticket when I check with the airline website are different from what I provided. Not recommend to use this website”

“After choosing my flights, entering my credit card number, and receiving a confirmation number, they called me the next morning and needed $70 more dollars to confirm my flights. They said that the price had changed overnight and the confirmation number wasn’t locked in until I paid $70 more. Changing the price after they took my credit card info and gave me a confirmation number is really shady! I will never buy tickets through Cheap Flights Fares again.”

“I booked one price and received a booking number, after payment. I was told later that it wasn't purchased as the price has changed. I was pressured to buy another ticket, that was 40 dollars morea and told if I don't that I risk not being able to fly, as there were only 2 seats left (which was a FALSE). Never booking from this site again.”

“Bed experience our return flight from Dca not conform American Airlines thay charge per person 167 so we paid 334 /-$ because cheap air & aa has no communication we also paid for 120/- $ for booking time insurance so any changes or cancell that will be cover non of cover so please we tell other people please go reservation direct with Airlines that is better”

“horrible experience, never by from this website!!! the only good customer service was from the very last person who canceled my ticket reservation. Where are they charged me double and didn’t explain it and even when I told them the total I was expecting to be charged they charged me the double and I had to call back and cancel everything. I have one other friend who had the same experience and they ripped her off.”
