It was not the best. Their site made you think you were getting a deal... However, I could not check in online and had to pay $25 each way at the counter for a ticket, instead of QR code. Cheaper to go directly through flight! I also booked a rental car through them. Paid up front... several hours later, I received an email telling me that they have been unable to reach me (never recieved a call) and to call ASAP. Outsourced person answered without my info and told me that I needed to pay an extra $100 for the car as they had none avail. Made no sense! I went directly to the car rental place and got an upgraded SUV for $200 less... JOKE
