Made flight & auto reservations for first time with Cheap Flights. When I showed up at Hertz the reservation had not been made. They were out of cars. I had to leave Hertz and walk to Budget - a 10 min walk. I called Customer Service - they said they did not confirm the reservation but I was sent a confirming email.
