“not impresses. made a booking by accident, tried to cancel right away - couldn't talk to anyone. When finally 6 hrs later got to talk to someone I was informed that i will not be getting my money back for the seat choice and insurance. Still super confused WHY i couldn't get all my money back when I cancelled booking withing a few hours. Will not be using this service ever again.”

“Absolute scammers. It’s cheaper to book through the airlines vs. paying $45 per seat when it’s only $15 through the direct website. Will never use them again and advise all to as well”

“No estoy satisfecho ya que cuando reservé el costo era una cantidad y me enviaron correo que decía que la transacción no se procesó por qué las tarifas subieron pero al descargar mis e-tickets en la App de la línea Area ( Avianca ) los coleros están con un precio más bajo”

“Horrible service my ticket was not in the system another have call u guys and spent almost 40 min that’s is not an example”

“Took 2 days of continuous calling to finally get my e ticket. It didn't seem like all departments were connected with each other. Customer service was terrible and all the answers sounded like excuses and run arounds. I can't tell you how many times I was told to wait 1 or 2 hours and then nothing happened.”

“Booked my flight from Canada, inside Canada and price showed in CAD currency. When I added a checked bag with the Canadian Airline I was charged the bag in USD which was 40% more than the regular price because Cheap Flights had charged my flight in USD even so it showed CAD. The total was more at the end then I would have booked directly with a carrier.”

“I was charged for bags on flair in addition to fare and the charge wasnt recognized by flair. Ive been overbilled and need to be reimbursed for collecting bag charges. also website is very tricky and not friendly at all I had a terirble experinace and will not recommend to anyone”

“This is the First time and last time that i purchased my ticket from cheap flights fares i been flying over 30 years i never had problems like i had with them first the ticket was more expensive going with them... second they been calling me every day even though they took money from my account they calling to verify something than i paid for check in beg they cancelled my beg just too much problems with them”

“Total bait and switch operation. Operation should be outlawed. Post a price for a flight, but it does not include a seat for you or luggage. How is that legal. Then they hold you hostage to pay more for a seat on a flight you paid for but can't get on the plane. Not less expensive than others once you include you actually having a seat and being able to fly on the plane.”

“The cost of changing my flights from Charles de Gaulle to Atlanta was way to much. You took advantage of my desperate situation. And I never received an email for booking cyan hotel room in Paris. It was the coldest room, no heat available. The system was broken. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. You should have known that. The Le Brassiere restaurant must have closed years ago.”
