This is a bait~and-switch operation. I booked a business class flight on their website yesterday. They told me the next day that the airline couldn’t confirm the seat I ordered, and then they tried to sell me different tickets over $1,000 more. Meanwhile, the price I had yesterday was still available on their website for similar flights, which they would not offer on the phone. So you cannot trust the prices on their website, as they just used that price to get me hooked and then tried to change the sale. Unethical.
