You appear to be scamming customers by giving fake flights which are paid for, then calling days later to say the flight is not available and trying to offer another flight for more money. In addition, any customer trying to cancel a flight within 24 hours is lied to and told they can either only get “credit” for a future booking or that there is a $150+ fee. The law is clear that you are required to refund 100%. Only those repeating this law will ever get a refund after calling multiple times, getting put on hold (10+ minutes) and being transferred to multiple people and then being told someone will call back in 3 hours trying to run out the 24hr clock?
