not impresses. made a booking by accident, tried to cancel right away - couldn't talk to anyone. When finally 6 hrs later got to talk to someone I was informed that i will not be getting my money back for the seat choice and insurance. Still super confused WHY i couldn't get all my money back when I cancelled booking withing a few hours. Will not be using this service ever again.
