I purchased tickets and called customer service to cancel in less than 12 hours. They informed me that they cannot provide a full refund due to a $200 airport fee. This is frustrating, especially since a 24-hour cancellation policy is supposed to be in place. Additionally, I learned that there is a minimum processing time of 5 hours for the refund to be forwarded to another department, which does not align with the 24-hour cancellation window.
